When someone you care
about hurts you, you can
hold on to anger,
resentment and thoughts
of revenge — or embrace
forgiveness and move
forward.

Mayo Clinic

Bitterness is a stronghold that will keep you bound.
James 3:31 Let all bitterness, and wrath,
and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking,
be put away from you, with all malice:
32 And be ye kind one to another,
tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even
as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
You can’t contain nor hide bitterness.
It will spread like a wildfire and everyone around you
get burnt.
As long as you live, people will hurt, offend, and
disappoint you, and upset you.
Don’t be the victim of another’s offenses. You must
rise above life’s disappointments and set backs.
Acts 8:21 Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is
not right in the sight of God.
22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps
the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.
23 For I perceive that thou art in the gall (bad behavior) of bitterness,
and in the bond of iniquity
Get over it.  Who are you really hurting if you are holding in bitterness?
Bitterness is a dead root, and all that grows from it is death:

This is a little sample of the "Bitterness & Unforgiveness"
power points by Deliverance Teacher Apostle John Denson
Philippians 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and
to do of his good pleasure.
14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without
rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom
ye shine as lights in the world;
Forgive so you can get rid of your bitterness
It's not the abuse or rape;
it is the bitterness and unhealthy feelings that build up inside you after you
have been taken advantage of that are demons thriving on
Bitterness and unforgiveness are wide open doors.  Demons can’t force there way in.  They come by invitation only.

They will develop spiritual, mental and physical bondages in your life.

Bitterness and unforgiveness are open doors and become strongholds in your life.
Matthew 6:12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil (the evil one): For thine is the
kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
Forgiving others comes before deliverance
Forgiving is not forgetting, but letting go of the hurt and not seeking revenge
John 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not (is not
doing) righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not (is not loving) his brother.

Matthew 18:22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
Get rid of your bitterness and unforgiveness.
Stop your murmuring and complaining.
Stop telling God that he is not running your life
the way that you fill it should be ran.
Phil. 4:11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am,
therewith to be content.

We should be thanking God for our lives and all the blessings that we have received.  We are
part of the Bride of Christ.

I really deserved better than this

We need to repent and ask for God’s help in our weaknesses, give  him thanks in all things.
